At Verdant Wellness, we combine traditional naturopathic principles with modern evidence-based practices. Our certified practitioners help you build sustainable habits for long-term well-being — no quick fixes, no exaggerated promises.
Our Story
Verdant Wellness began in 2014 with a simple idea: that good health doesn't come from a single pill or a single practice. It comes from understanding how the body, mind, and environment work together.
Our founder, Dr. Ananya Iyer, started with a small clinic in Indiranagar after spending years studying both Ayurvedic traditions and modern nutritional science. She believed that most people don't need extreme interventions — they need guidance, education, and consistent support.
Today, our team of twelve certified practitioners serves over 3,000 clients across Bengaluru. We offer naturopathy, nutrition counseling, yoga therapy, and mindfulness programs — all grounded in peer-reviewed research and traditional wisdom.
What Drives Us
We believe the best health outcomes happen when people understand their own bodies. Every program we design starts with education — so you can make informed decisions long after you leave our center.
Every recommendation we make is backed by peer-reviewed research. We study the science so you don't have to — and we explain it in plain language.
No two bodies are the same. We assess your unique constitution, lifestyle, and goals before recommending any program. Your plan is yours alone.
We don't believe in crash diets or extreme regimens. We help you build small, consistent habits that compound into lasting health over months and years.
Meet the Team
Our team brings together decades of combined experience in naturopathy, nutrition, yoga therapy, and mental health counseling.

Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know before booking your first appointment. Still have questions? We're happy to help.
Your first visit lasts about 60 minutes. The practitioner will review your health history, current concerns, lifestyle habits, and goals. They may recommend basic tests if needed. You'll leave with a preliminary plan and a clear understanding of next steps. There's no pressure to commit to anything on the spot.
We currently accept cash, UPI, and all major cards. Some insurance providers cover naturopathic consultations — we recommend checking with your provider directly. We can provide detailed invoices for reimbursement purposes.
Yes. Every recommendation we make is based on peer-reviewed research. We regularly review published studies and adjust our protocols accordingly. If a particular approach doesn't have strong scientific backing, we'll tell you honestly and discuss alternatives.
Absolutely. We work alongside your existing medical team, not against them. Please bring a list of any medications or treatments you're currently receiving. Our practitioners will coordinate with your doctor if needed to ensure a safe, complementary approach.
This varies widely depending on your goals and starting point. Some people notice improvements in energy and sleep within 2–3 weeks. More significant changes — like weight management or chronic pain reduction — typically take 3–6 months of consistent practice. We set realistic expectations at the outset and track progress together.
Yes, we offer video consultations for nutrition counseling, mindfulness coaching, and follow-up sessions. Initial naturopathic consultations are in-person to allow for physical assessment. Yoga therapy can be done either in-person or online depending on your preference.
Client Experiences
Real stories from people who worked with us to build healthier lives. Names changed for privacy where requested.
"I came in with chronic digestive issues that years of medication hadn't resolved. The nutrition team helped me identify trigger foods and rebuild my gut health gradually. Six months later, I'm off most of my medication — with my doctor's approval."
"The mindfulness program genuinely changed how I handle work stress. I was skeptical at first — I'm an engineer, not exactly the meditation type. But Dr. Kapoor's approach is practical and grounded. No mysticism, just techniques that work."
"After my back surgery, I was afraid to move. Priya's yoga therapy sessions were incredibly gentle and progressive. She explained every pose and why it helps. I'm now back to hiking on weekends — something I thought I'd never do again."
